ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support construction operations through office-based coordination and documentation
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to assist planning and execution
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, site activities, and safety compliance
• Communicate regularly with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely progress
• Assist with scheduling, procurement tracking, and material logistics
• Prepare reports, update project timelines, and support regulatory documentation
• Contribute to safety and quality assurance efforts through administrative oversight and internal audits

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in industrial construction environments (Required)
• Understanding of construction techniques, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in water infrastructure
• Exposure to project coordination, compliance tracking, or construction documentation
